Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
Acceptance
By installing or using Vishwa Autocomplete (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for your personal or commercial coding work, subject to the tier you have purchased or activated.
- Free trial: 14-day access to full functionality with no payment required.
- Pro: Ongoing access with the reinforcement learning engine enabled, requiring a valid paid license.
You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Extension or your license key.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing valid API keys for whichever AI provider you configure.
- Complying with your AI provider's terms of service, including any restrictions on automated or programmatic use.
- Ensuring that code generated by the Extension is reviewed before use in production.
- Maintaining the security of your API keys and license key.
AI-generated output
The Extension generates code suggestions using third-party AI models. We make no warranty about the correctness, security, or fitness for purpose of any generated code. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing code before deploying it. Generated output may be similar to code from the AI provider's training data — you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable licenses and laws.
Payments and refunds
Pro licenses are sold through LemonSqueezy. Payments are governed by LemonSqueezy's terms. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Extension before purchasing. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase may be submitted to hello@vishwa.dev.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Extension to:
- Generate code intended to harm, exploit, or attack systems or individuals.
- Circumvent rate limits or usage policies of any AI provider.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Extension's proprietary logic.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration. Use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or deployment of buggy generated code.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
